A pleasant cheap stay in a great location that could do with a bit of an upgrade and care.

the room was large at the location was great to be in the middle of town. very good value for money as it was very cheap for its prime location.

It was all a bit dated and needed some maintenance all around. The balcony had no furniture. it was small but a seat and table would have been good. There was a burnt out plug socket that had not been replaced that left me with a little worry. The toilet was also blocked and when I tried to flush it over flowed.

Big room, microwave a bonus and kitchenet with sink, 2 balconies facing soi Diane lively atmosphere from balcony also has quiet rooms on other side slightly cheaper too we had one but wanted microwave so we moved hotel staff very helpful no problem to upgrade to the big room, Tv in both our rooms picture bad very bad, Lovely big wardrobes classic style {Real wood} a/c and 2 ceiling fan Room always cool. Key fob is silly i mean Silly!! To big to fit in pocket have to carry a small tree around With tiny key attached, just silly Room service everyday clean towels sheets the staff even washed our pots in sink very nice of them, Will come again hope the mattress get replaced for next visit.

Dated but clean and polite staff make the stay good bed mattress big dip in middle needs replacing had to ask staff to lift mattress with pillows they accommodated politely but owners should update the mattresses it's a Biggy! Uncomfy bed make for none returning customers, Soi Diane bars noise until 2 but that fine we like nightlife maybe not everyone's taste overall worth the 800 baht per night walk in price. new mattress would make me come back everything else just fine

overall not bad due to location & quietness if these are important to you

the location is really good.. and it's quite quiet.. so i think i will visit again

maintenance is really bad.. when my friend took a shower , the hose head was fallen down .. i stayed at triple room, ( room 610)the single bed mattress was terrible.. i think they cleaned after check-out , didn't clean for a long time.. ( it was a low season ) .. i moved to a double room(room 311), my friend moved to a double room (room 307) , double bed is too small ..room 311's mattress was terrible, room 307's inside doorknob was broken..

Overall very bad experience, due to property charged extra money and rough attitude

This property used few time in past and experience was good. Thats why again booked three room One super deluxe and two deluxe room. On time of check in every thing was discussed with new lady boss. But on time of check out, she charged for all three rooms like super deluxe charges instead of as agreed booking.com. Finally paid extra charges for two room. Even she was threated to us. We were in rush to catch flight. So paid extra money. I will not recomend this property to any one.

A no frills Hotel in a good quiet location

Room was clean, quiet location, friendly staff also had a lift and parking area for a few cars and Motorbikes. As a low priced hotel I think i got exactly what I paid for.

I only stayed for 2 nights but i would say that the room needed a bit of decorating and a more powerful shower, but hey I am a single traveller in a budget hotel it was comfortable enough for me.

Does what it says on the tin. Value and good location.

Location is great for restaurants, nightlife etc. Good value and has everything you need for a short stay if you don't plan on staying in your room for a long time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too.

Bathroom was a little basic and tired. And the room itself was pretty tired.

I feel satisfied and happy about my holiday in 2 days Pattaya at Arcadia Mansion hotel.

Friendly and helpful staffs , good location, clean room, quiet room for a good sleep.

No have personal stuffs at bathroom ( shampoo, shower gel, brush teeth, comb) they have it at other hotels.

A comfortable hotel at a respectable price.

On third night a noisy aircon either next door or above us was keeping us awake.This also occured on tbe first night but because we were so tired from our travelling we easily slept through the noise.I spoke to the women at the desk,she came up to our room (610) to listen and IMMEDIATELY moved us to room 504.

On first night young son used too much toilet paper and thus blocked toilet.Spoke to youngwoman on duty at desk. Nothing was done.Not sure if she could understand what i was saying.. Had to use down stairs toilets.Fortunately and after many many flushes it cleared itself.

Changed rooms twice because they where both filthy,then had to have them change sheets and pillows because stained.cleaning was disgusting (my 6yr old son cleans better).at reception just given key and not taken to room,had to find our own way,how this hotel is on your list is beyond me

Up to my expectations based on my previous stays.

I've stayed here before, it's a well-situated hotel with no frills. Staff have very limited English skills but the rooms are large and it's possible to get a good sleep.

They did not permit me to stay in my room after check-out time while I waited for my airport taxi even though the hotel was only about 60% occupied.
